I agree that it doesn't fit. My guess is that they intended us to understand it was law school, but just didn't know what law school was really like. Because there's no way he was taking a slew of specific law classes freshman year as an undergrad, and there's definitely no way they finished four years of college,

I assumed they were starting law school, not undergrad. Foggy's schedule on the computer is all law classes, not the gen Ed you'd see for a freshman. Law school is 3 years, so assuming they were starting fall of 2010, that means they would've finished after spring 2013. Then they did an internship at that other firm
