I’ve had the taxi for many years, a tribute to my Uncle Jim a London cabbie since past on.  A philosopher on wheels.

Just not much here that looks like a deal.....insomuch as getting me out of my barcalounger right now.

My step Dad kind fit that pic minus the drink AND he’d frequently lose a 14k cuff link to my mother’s great consternation. Gone into the rushing wind.  She complained he had the largest collection of single cuff links.  And his cigars were the illegal, at that time, Cubans.

Yes, it’s cute.  Yes, it’s 4x4.  It’s a price.  Not a nice price. No Dice Daihatsu-san.  Mata - until you come back slicing a few yen from that price.

You’d be surprised how large and comfy it really is.

Oh the pure LUXURY! I wouldn’t say they’re awful to drive as some do. Just different. True story: Living in Beverly Hills at 16 with an after school delivery job at a local gift store. The owner had a brand new white/white top/red leather Eldo like this in the fall of ‘71 that I did deliveries in. I’d pick up my GF on

He does say, “highest and best offer takes her home.”  So, that mitigates the rest of the “I know what I have” sentiment to the listing.  Anybody wanna throw a lowball out there?

Gulp.  3 owners.  Does that mean anything at 85k miles?

And, what the heck are they planning to do with those small ‘rally style’ wheels, anyway??!!

I have my suspicions about this kitty. Lots of leather wear (front and back) for a 44k miler.

Is that button on the passenger side of the center console for a horn or fusion turbo assist?

maybe selling b/c at 110k it needs a timing chain.

When the nice car warranty telemarketing people call right after this NP purchase — BUY! BUY! BUY!

I might consider it if it came with some old school curb feelers.

I’m a retiree. I can see buying this for maybe a few $$ under asking and either a) drive it weekends pretty much as is until I die and then my estate will garner more bucks than I paid for it just because these will have inflated. Or, b) I can drop $30-$40k into sorting it into something gorgeous and competing in a
