I’m a total night owl trying to become some what of an early bird. It's not working out so well. I'm trying to be asleep by 5am & get up by 2pm. Yes, I need 9 hours to function due to medical reasons. It's currently 8:15am. I usually laid down to sleep by noon and woke up at 9pm. I tried to lay down 15 minutes
