What exactly was won? They followed the process and automatically it goes to the next step. Now if Take-Two is too lazy to deal with it, that's also not "winning". However, despite this persons optimism, they will likely continue to pursue the issue.

They love it here, it’s always a good thing when it happens and horrible when a developer does something about it.

I do kind of miss the storyline that existed in the beginning of that comic

The Switch is not the Wii-U, that was an unmitigated disaster of a console.

Why should anyone want it sold to a first party developer? Needs to stay third party and the games can exist for everyone.

It's more like Witcher 3, a buggy mess that will get fixed. Relatively good experience on the PC. Larger issues on old consoles.

Streaming games better be way cheaper, because years down the line, you won't be able to pop it in and play it, they'll just take it down like they always do with online multi-player games or similar. One day it's just going to be gone.

Windows Mixed Reality? Whatever, Micro$oft.

No company, whether YouTube or Twitch or anyone is going to fight a DMCA takedown on your behalf. It doesn't matter who is providing the streaming, if they refuse the take down and lose, they are on the hook. They will dump you first.

Was disavowing the statement in entirely a slow backing away or a quick leap? Didn't seem slow.

Reeses aren't on the list, because we keep them for ourselves.

No, definitely got the cards on sale, in addition to getting extra free month when “activating auto renew” each time”. Even so, I’ve had gold for many years and it was not a bad deal at about $45 a year or so. Now have the PC gamepass and xcloud, so very good deal overall.

No way that it will. In a year, it will be worth buying CK3 on a Steam sale bundled with whatever DLC is out and discounted.

I got it for three years for $1, 2 1/2 to go.

Again, that doesn’t matter. I own everything from the nes, snes, n64, gc, saturn, ps3, 4, 360, one, switch, Vita, 3ds.

It simply doesn’t matter. If I want to play something I purchased, I should be able to do so. If I have to bring out that old hardware, which I can and have, and it breaks, I may never be able to get another one. Or I may be unable to download the games if their store is gone.

There needs to be physical. I like to own what I buy. There is no guarantee anything you own on a console is usable on the next one.

I don't like either of them, but epic screwed up.

Microsoft is aiming for being the Wii U of the 9th console generation.
