They might have a bundle that is ad-free once the service launches. I agree, no going back to commercials on Hulu.

Already have ad-free Hulu, so I don’t want to sign up for a separate package when they are supposedly going to offer a combo.

You can buy them a smart phone, and track & control everything on it. There are great parental apps that let you allow only specific apps, during specific times, and even lock out the phone when they don’t respond, as well as telling you where they are.

This is as bad as that one website that releases an article stating that some actor / actress dressed up as this character in new image, when that image is just a photoshop or drawing.

They’ve since found this to be incorrect and the real reason the Switches were bricked being due to poorer quality, due to Nintendo designing the Switch to smoothly go in and out of the Dock (meaning it is slightly thinner), which then means that third parties that wanted to emulate the Switch dock smooth docking

As a PC gamer, I love the ability to just get whatever I want when I want it, but that came at the cost of actually owning what I’ve purchased, with no decrease in it’s actual price.

It's all lies. The primary purpose would be emulators for older consoles and piracy of Switch games. 

The proper response would have been to simply have the vehicle towed at the owners expense. Lesson learned. No feces involved, no vandalism, and no need to deal with pressing charges.

If they repair the problem, without cost to the user, the class action would be moot. It becomes a simple warranty process. Saying that, you probably get more out of a free repair than some lawyers taking a bunch of money and “affected users” getting a gift card credit of some amount as compensation.
