The sad fact for Blockbuster is they did it to themselves. They had the opportunity and infrastructure to compete with Netflix and all they did was screw it up.

Until they actually place a new Batman in the current “timeline”, I still don’t see any reason that Batfleck is “dead”. The Batman movie looks to be a prequel, and he couldn’t crack the script. Still doesn’t mean he won’t ever be Batman in any non-prequel movie, but time will ultimately tell.
