So here’s the question, does Nintendo have an obligation to follow an exact specification? Is it legal for them not to do so? I don’t think they have any legal obligation at all as far as what style of port (USB C) they use to dock their system. However Nyko on the other hand would have to figure out how to handle it,

No, Nintendo’s update for their Switch, did not do anything but update the Switch. Again, since Nintendo has NO obligation to support or even consider third party, unlicensed products, if they cease functioning when the system is updated, that is on the third party, and the consumer for using the unsupported product.

How can it be Nintendo’s fault, when they did not create the third party dock, had nothing to do with it, do not support it, and sell their own official dock? Nintendo has no obligation to support unlicensed products or make sure they continue to work.

Just make the better choice. Choose to not play.

Mario Run was a good product, and more then that it was a game that had a one time charge for the entire game.

Just scary, one of my favorite Kotaku writers. All the best, hope your return is soon.

Morsels? NO!

Yes can have a monster pc and build it in stages, like only getting part of your ram at first, only getting the better gpu later (bring your older one with you). Only getting basic storage to start with. All are easily upgradable later. However, never skimp on your motherboard and never skimp on your processor.

Nintendo tried to warn you, they tested a full package with Super Mario Run, but no, people didn’t want that. They opted for the crack of “Free” but not free. You’ve all brought this doom upon yourselves.

It was canceled after the third season?

Something similar to EVE: Valkyrie but “Better”(tm) and if you puke, the captain can say, “Whaddaya hear” and you can say, in between “Nothing but the rain”. Perfect.

I’d rather have more show, or how about a VR mmo.

Once the Microsoft parental controls are enabled on the system, everything can be done separate from the computer, on the Microsoft Family Account page, such as approving or blocking anything.

It wasn’t a car show, it was a build show about motorcycles, with a special build of the week each episode. It was a proto cake boss setup.

There is DLC and then there are expansions. During a sale its a good idea to get your expansions, cosmetic DLC is a waste. There was also a change that shows which is which to make it easier.

There should be a demand for Crusader Kings 3. I love some CK2, but no more! Give us something new!!
