Try hunter x hunter (once i hit episode 30 i couldnt stop watching it currently my favorite anime by far) jojos bizzare adventure, assassination classroom, kill la kill, gundam: iron blooded orphans, and its impossible to not love One punch man

The variety is really impressive this season. Next season looks to have a ton of variety even more than we usually get.
