Nah I don’t think so, he’s a good author. “Into Thin Air” was great. “Under the Banner of Heaven” was great, and "Into the Wild" was great regardless what you think.  Stories need to be told, they can't all fit into your narrow view, this is kinda what my initial point was in the first place.

I read it years ago...calm down.  Stopping taking things and twisting them so you get upset.  All I meant is things are a bit stale with “over” preparedness and all.  Jeez.

I've read the book, he was not a complete idiot.  There were things that went wrong up there that could have been prevented.  But people are being too literal with my point, per usual nowadays.  He took it to an extreme, and it bit him in the ass.  As someone in the comments above said, it's a bit more gray, and I

Nice story, must have been fun having all those old car memories. But wow, how come of all things paint was the downfall of that particular Benz? Seems odd.

It’s a fine line, that is what I’m thinking.....hot damn I see a kid riding a bicycle without a helmet, Oh The Humanity.

GTFO, everything can’t be SAFE and STERILE. Do people not realize if there’s no danger in the world there aren’t gonna be any memorable experiences. To be daring and ready for some possible risk are the tenants of a life well lived.

I’m in utter agreement, and here’s my (weird) reason.  Whenever I see cashiers or salespeople etc wearing a mask just around their mouth it totally turns me off and grosses me out.  It actually looks worse than wearing no mask at all, something bout seeing those two nostrils and imagining the breath coming out of said

Oh I get his outrage, I just couldn't care less. I've seen his type (utterly obsessed with $ and his place amongst "peers") it's tired and I am not impressed.

How much for a Red Sport?, then yes.

This!,.....no wonder this Trevor guy is such an Assclown.  Too much money too soon with nothing delivered.

Just wait til you're behind the wheel.  Cheap as "bleepity bleep" like 95% GM

Oh,...revisionist history a bit, sure. But take a gander upon this. Cheap hard plastics and lumps and bad colors . You just forgot Lexus was playin chess. (04' Bonneville)

Definitely can’t hate on that interior. To me this speaks of the good taste and richness Lexus nailed in the late 90s/early 00s.

Your takes can not be possibly worse !

Same -I’ve driven a QX60, Q60, Q50, and a QX30 as loaners. All for warranty and bulletin work. They said “sign here” and threw me the keys. Very pleased with Infiniti. Very pleased indeed. Every single one felt solid AF too. Infiniti has some sort of magic with nuts and bolts I swear.

Honestly....it’s not bad. I’ll tell ya what is preventing the thing from peaking. THOSE STUPID HEADLIGHTS. Yes I was screaming. I hate the Cherokee, the new Sante Fe, and now this is also getting skinny eyes.  It just looks unfinished.

Cuz of integrated main screen, not some tacked on tablet BS.  I'll never like the screen sticking up over the dashboard. DAMN IT.

Racing Livery makes everything better, damn you.

This is a LOT of valuable console real estate for a seat. Good decision GM. LOL.

To be truthful these look bad as well.  Actually they look like they could take quick emergency craps with that hideous rear end.
