Oddly enough in my area the best “deals” are on used Cadillac sedans.

This reeks of “didn’t set the parking brake and the Jeep rolled backwards into something with the driver’s door open”

Life in prison seems fair.

I fuckin love lowriders.

I think the thing about this is that you know these guys have probably done this many times before. So the fact that they messed it up is even more surprising.

These things are so close to being great but there’s just something missing.

This is fun. I guess I never gave the air brake systems much thought since I’ve never had any intention of working on them. But I really like the idea of having some kind of old commercial flatbed truck like that Ford just for messing around with on the weekend. They tend to sell pretty cheap on the ol’ craigslist if

Carvana quoting me a little over $10k for my ‘14 Impala is...not too bad at all considering I’ve hit a deer with it, it’s got some parking lot dings and scratches, the infotainment screen hasn’t worked in 4 years, door pillar trim pieces are peeling, and the driver’s seat leather is starting to split in the usual

I’m an absolute sucker for stuff like this. Honda’s history, especially in the US, adds a crucial bit of depth to the brand.

That back end gives me Shelby Daytona vibes and I like-uh-that.

Jalopnik stop posting about old Mercs challenge. Y’all gonna make the prices go up before I find the one I want.

I miss the excitement of the retractable power antenna. Sure, they would eventually conk out in some various state of deployed, but when they worked they were so satisfying.

edit: shit thought that said Custom Cruiser. NVM.

Fair enough

What gets me about Outlaw Country is how people will sit and listen to it and then be like “fuck Unions, blue lives matter, MAGA” like the Teamsters don’t have an entire genre of music (and movies!) dedicated to them being anti-capitalist and anti-fascist.

I quite like what Acura is doing these days. The MDX is downright pretty too.

I’m gonna have to check this out when I’m there in the fall.
