I mean, I get what you’re saying, but went to college with some engineers who work for Tesla, Space X, etc., and they love it. It’s a lot more “wild wild west” working for those places than the stodgy established companies, but I’m sure that’s not for everyone.

I don’t know if there’s much we can do about it, especially in the car world.
