Yeah, no. Speak for yourself.
Yeah, no. Speak for yourself.
I have to weight train to be able to do my job effectively. If all I did was basic outside activity I’d end up crushing myself under something or just lose the job because I couldn’t do it.
This sounds more like you’ve had specific issues with people you’ve known/gyms you’ve gone to than it does that there’s a societal problem with people going to the gym. I’ve never seen the sort of bullying you talk about; I know that it exists, but I also know that it, like most things, is a product of specific shitty…
Applying this to all people who go to the gym is absurd. I started going because I wanted to be healthier for my kids, my wife, and more importantly, myself.
What’s wrong with wanting to look good? I go to the gym because I don’t want to be dead. A side effect is looking good while being alive.
I think the only true benefit would be a move and a trend towards Bluetooth headsets. To me, that is beneficial if the cost of those headsets starts to come down significantly and the audio quality is still good. I use Bluetooth in my car constantly and the audio is fine. At night I use a nice headset with a wire. I'm…
And if you do, trust me, we’re not impressed.

I do not read this as body sculpting, but rather making sure you are strengthening your whole body. This is something that typically needs to be done intentionally, because we tend to gravitate towards exercises we “like more” (typically those we are already strong enough to do ;) ). However, to obtain functional…
Excellent reply. I replied and stated that in my experience as trainer/coach/biomechanical engineer, we see poor mechanics(and understanding of) from people who start with full body workouts. Knowledge is power. The people at this site are regurgitation a watered down M&F article or something.
“In a full-body routine, you train every major muscle in your body, like your chest, back, arms, hamstrings, and abs, in each workout.”
I’ve always been fond of a top/bottom split.
I’m confused. The “full body” workout also looks like it targets specific muscle groups so that for it, too, it takes an entire week to work out the entire body, just as with the split-routines workout.
I know it’s mentioned at the end, but I want to emphasize it EATING HABITS ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF ANY TYPE OF TRAINING.
I’m pretty sure Junkrat and Roadhog are already in their “street” clothes, especially since the Australian outback is supposed to be some Mad Max style wasteland in the Overwatch world.
Came for Roadhog, left disappointed*.
