I am really liking what D&D has been doing recently in terms of the game and how it treats its fans. Let’s hope this is the start of something beautiful that will inspire other companies to try something similar.

The only reason diets have low efficacy is because people view healthy eating as a short term pursuit. They eat like a normal human for half a year, stop being fat, then go back to a six pack and oreos every night and get fat again. It’s not a failure of caloric restriction, it’s people being lazy and short sighted.
