I just eat whole foods, avoid getting fat, and exercise with cardio and strength training. That’s really all we have found is proven to help health, and everything else is correlative BS as far as I am concerned.

I prefer high fat because it fills me better than high carb, but it’s really just personal preference. My girlfriend prefers high carb and loves the plain fruit with some starchy pastry type deal, while I like eggs, bacon, and chard with some black tea. Neither is wrong, we’re just listening to our bodies.
