Starvation mode takes a month or more to occur, and you’d have to be eating around 0-500 calories a day to hit it, and even then the actual metabolic reduction will be a savings of a few hundred calories a day at most, though more likely around 150 a day. This means, that if a man with a TDEE of 3000 calories a day

I am hoping some people don’t do this either. It’s still by far the most reliable method of losing weight, even if it’s not an exact science like people want it to be.

One thing I would like to add: if you are counting calories and find that you aren’t losing weight or even gaining weight after a month of strictly following your calorie limits, reduce your intake even more. As the article said, calorie values are not set in stone for just about any foods, and it’s a guessing game

By that same token, if this couple didn’t want to be discriminated against, they could have gone to a different restaurant. It’s not that simple, and I actually agree with the ruling. I wish people, especially on here, would stop pretending everything is so black and white.

Is there even a private sphere in which to operate a business?

Needs a spoop warning for us :(

The story definitely had competent elements. The stuff between the Terran and Zerg, and Raynor and Kerrigan, are still pretty A+ for me, but the stuff with the Xel’Naga and the Protoss is pretty dang silly, and the disregard for lore makes it feel like the writers didn’t bother to take the 30 minutes it would have

I did the same (and played both SC1 and the expansion over and over again), but that’s also a big reason why SC2 has been bittersweet for me the longer it went on. The first installment with Raynor was great, and added in some awesome backstory and human drama to an already amazing game. The second installment,

Have you tried any of the arcade games on there? I can’t stand traditional multiplayer myself, but a lot of the games in there are absolutely fantastic, and have really extended the playability of SC2 for me.

Now THIS is something I can get behind.

These noobs don’t even MOBA.

I miss the dark brooding nature of SC1, and I feel SC2 has, for the most part, been far too happy and scrappy for my tastes. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve bought both installments day one and have logged probably 1000+ hours on SC2 alone, but that was a bummer to see go. Plus SC2 retcons a lot of the established lore, most

I guess I am just really special since I go into anaphylactic shock after receiving the tdap vaccine... Just another reason I hate these anti-vaccination goons.

Wow, the average is really that small?

Weightlifting, rock climbing, and forging have given me some gnarly strong fingers, so I guess there is one positive to all that work.

Huh, I didn’t realize so much of it was actually monounsaturated. I love this blog, I’m learning all sorts of things!

The FDA can’t do anything because it’s severely understaffed and underbudgeted for the scope of work it needs to do. It seems to be a common tactic of anti-government politicians (an oxymoron if I’ve ever heard one) to do their best to run an organization into the ground by cutting funding, cutting their abilities to

The only lard at my store contains partially hydrogenated lard. Why would you need to hydrogenate a solid fat?

It just so happens to be that EVERY man that is against this guy is in the grays, right?

I just got banned for saying it. It’s funny how Jezebel operates.
