He took 6 years to write half of Dance with Dragons, I don't think there's much of a chance he's going to suddenly become a much faster writer. Not to mention that he spends an awful lot of time running his cinema, doing side projects and interviews. Even 2016 seems optimistic to me.

I don't think the books are ever going to be finished. He'll probably take a few more years on Winds, then he'll end up splitting Dream of Spring into two books, arranging the POVs by hair colour, then promising that he'll be done in 9 books
