She’s clearly referring to the video Siwa made and the “damage” it did to Bure’s rep, not the impact the original interaction had on Siwa.

Also I should clarify that I’m in Canada, so hospice might work a bit differently here. But I’m sorry about your experience; that sounds terrible. 

I’m just going by the quote in the article b/c I did not watch the video, but LOL at Bure advising her followers to be mindful in their interactions with others - not because it’s the right thing to do but because “even a 10 second trending TikTok video can do damage”. Just as Jesus always said.  

In my experience with a close family member, hospice is the opposite of that. It’s about making a person as comfortable as possible while they are dying, rather than providing treatment to address the underlying condition. It’s just pain management and removing the caregiving burden from the loved ones’ shoulders so…
