Same here. A quick blast of Easy Start and it fires right up. I have never had an issue with gas breaking down, even in my old plow truck (gas) which sits for almost a year. It also fires right up. This whole gasoline degradation thing has always seemed to be overblown to me.

I must be lucky, because I use the same old ass gas and my mower starts right up after a handfull of pulls. Then 1 or 2 pulls every mow after that.

I feel you. I bounced off of both Horizon games. The robot animals are all so cool but zero fun to actually fight and there’s waaaaaaay too many elemental effects and weaknesses to keep track of. That second game felt like homework.

The answer is not adaptive headlights - that’s a nice bonus, but doesn’t do anything about the higher-and-higher headlights, the alignment drifting over time, and the illegal aftermarket mods. The first screams out for regulation - a simple rule that says all headlights must be mounted at or below a certain height

Anytime someone says the graphics are going to be better on a switch game, my brain goes to “ok, what did you sacrifice for this?”  I find that after a few hours my appreciation for graphical quality falls away and performance better hold up.

The bar is so low for Nintendo

I re-read the whole thing three times to see if it was mentioned.  I feel like it’s the kind of thing one would mention...

The ghost of John Sessions spits Shakespeare at two hundred words per minute!

I’ve been gaming since around 1982 and I’ve paid way more for games in the past, but at this point in my life there is zero chance I’d pay $70 for a Switch game. Nintendo is years behind everything else tech wise and if you are lucky it will run at 30 fps, so don’t expect me to pay full price for a sub standard game.

The Nintendo-can-do-no-wrong crowd is almost as fascinating as the Tesla bros.

It would sting less if they weren’t still selling us brand new games in 2023 designed for underclocked Android tablet hardware from 8 years ago.

It boggles my mind that people still believe this thing will get approved by the DOT and manufactured in any meaningful way. Why anyone would support meme lord douchbag Elon is beyond me.

This was exactly the problem. It was so hard to tell which paths were open and which were blocked, on some planets more than others. I loved the story on Dathomir, but I also never want to set foot on that map every again.

Yes, fewer staticky blue holograms please. There should be a better balance of being faithful to the SW look and actual usability.

As someone who isn’t this far into the game but also has played a bit of it and was planning on playing more this weekend:

I can 100% state that this was a spoiler.

Nice spoiler there in the tweet in the middle of the story. Thanks for that.

Yikes.

just ignore it and it’ll pass over time”

It’s not really “looking for reasons” when Rowling has very publicly made those statements…but this is all spoken like someone who probably has never had to deal with comments like these directed and them. Must be nice.

Seven years of them trying to make us care about Clark and Lana is why I didn’t object to Arrow dropping Oliver’s comic love interest in favor of the one he had actual chemistry with.
