I saw this film years before I read any of the comics, and I quite liked it. now I have read said comics, and while it’s not really much of a Constantine movie, it is a REALLY good mid-2000s occult comix movie that stands well alongside Hellboy.

yeah, Joel was a very lazy actor, and it really worked for him, but he was definitely not as good in the sketches as Mike.
