Those owned percentages are so inaccurate because people don’t realize/see/care that there is a “mock draft” button. So leagues are chalked full of random teams that will never be looked at.

“Drafting a new team every week” isn’t like how I think you interpreted it. Basicall you play a new game each week. You can keep the same team but it has 0 effect. Each week is in no way connected. Or you can do tournaments.
