1997 Honda Civic Hatchback with H22A swap (FWD): Autocrossed the bejeezus out of it for years.

Look at those power figures. It appears the Type R has the same problem that all Hondas have had. Peaky power in a small range. Golf R makes full power 2100 RPM below redline while the Type R makes peak power just 500 RPM shy of the next shift. The Golf R also makes max torque 700 RPM lower in the power band than the

Probably so. I think the Germans would consider that “humor.” Weird bunch.

So the slowest accelerating, worst weight biased, FWD car with the largest turning circle will be better at track and/or autocross.

There have been rumors for quite a while about VW understating HP numbers, with advertised numbers being closer to wheel horsepower than at the crank.

I saw those articles as well. I am not trying to take away from the article at all as Collins even mentioned that MSRP is a poor indicator of actual purchase price. I personally think the Type R would be a great car with a center differential, smaller wheels, and a more refined design.

The Bentayga for folks with (even) less taste!

His genetics alone are enough for a stellar Murph, maybe the best Murph you’ve ever seen!

To be the actual party pooper, it appears that Stephan has had most, if not all of his teeth removed, which isn’t uncommon for “domesticated” bears, tigers, and the like.

OH MY GOD! He literally had the phone ripped from his hands and it hit “post.”

Aaaaand it’s broken.

Practically every running 996 has the IMS issue covered by now. Get over the headlights and get you a proper Beetle while you still can.
