I must admit, I'm not sure I'd have the nerve to back out of the warranty at the checkout. However, in the UK you have at least a month in which to change your mind on ANY insurance product. I can highly recommend SpamNet by Cloudmark([www.cloudmark.com]) but it currently only works with MS Outlook and Outlook Express (despite several users begging for a Thunderbird release!). The first time someone gets spam they mark it as such and a fingerprint for the email is sent back to Cloudmark. Then whenever

The part about dealing with email straight away is key. My colleagues are often amazed I don't have many emails in my inbox or that I'm not continually swamped by the continuous bararge of mails.

I've been using MCE2005 for a while now and although it definitely has its quirks it is a good interface. With regards to your problem, if you want to jump to a particular artist you can use the remote (or your keyboard) to spell out the artist's name. So if you were looking for Aimee Mann you could have jumped to her
