I just KNEW Robben would be the asshole who won it after all those missed chances and great saves by Weidenfeller. Ugh. Superb game though.
Also, I wonder if The Smiths took the line 'How Soon Is Now' from this conversation...perhaps Morrissey was a secret Trekker....
That alien sure does talk like Yoda...
Btw, a previous negative comment I made was removed as well. God bless free speech.
What he said. You posted a snark, stupid comment/photo of a survivor of a horrific tragedy but can't accept Deadspin readers being genuinely upset about it.
No, I seriously doubt he paid any attention whatsoever to the shirt - and if he had seen it, probably had no idea what it was in reference to. He's in the middle of one of the worst natural disasters the area has ever seen, and interviewing survivors.
26 additional replies mostly complaining about the author's insane lack of empathy during a horrific event under review. Interesting he has yet to actually 'participate' in any of the comments, just post a bullshit 'Haha look at that dildo who just lost his entire life' hit and run photo/comment.
Are you really trying to be 'funny' here? If so, fuck off.
Every time I want to ease up my on disgust for this guy and just say 'Okay, he's not perfect but, damn, he's a great footballer' he pulls shit like this. He could/should have been carded multiple times in this game (and rightfully got a straight red later on). What a dick.
They're not actually FROM space. They're boring ol' humans singing about space.
Every single one of the revamped (emphasis on 'vamp') versions are wearing sparkly dresses, no matter what type of clothing they wore originally. And most of their breasts look either enhanced or perkier. Plus any non-white person has been lightened in tone. Ugh.
I would rank Texting and Driving/Drinking and Driving as much worse than Drinking and Texting because of the whole, you know, not wanting to be killed thing.
I assume that's Nick Offerman as Axe Cop?
"And for this, Harper found he'd be criticized for trying to make a play when it would have been safer, easier, fully understandable, if he'd pulled up and taken the ball off the wall."
Not true. I've driven the coast roads from CA to WA a couple of times and the 101 can be jam packed with tourists, weekenders, campers, etc. Sure, it's scenic, but it's not like you're in the middle of nowhere. Dribbling a soccer ball on the side of a highway, while a cute idea, is bonkers.
Jaysus. It's Book of Revelation. Not Revelations. How hard is that?
Looks like Uderzo (Asterix the Gaul) to me
