I think you're dead wrong about American Slang. I get why Handwritten would be a jumping off point, though. I can find at least 5 good to great songs on each of their releases.

Codes and Keys lost me as well, especially because I loved Narrow Stairs so much.

Come on, be honest, you don't need Working on a Dream.

I think Wrecking Ball has some really great songs on it too.

I gave up on Andrew during Jack's' People & Things, which was fine, I guess, but didn't hit me. Probably listened to it twice. The Wilderness stuff does absolutely nothing for me.

I'm a FOB apologist as well, but American Beauty/American Psycho is exactly where I jumped ship too. Horrible, irredeemable pop disaster. I jumped back on the Weezer ship after their last two excellent albums.

Saw them open for the Arctic Monkeys. They have some good tunes but the singer is possibly the most irritating performer I've ever seen. Acted drunk, belligerent, and was picking fights with fans in the crowd, trying way too hard to be "edgy."

Love these boys. Hope they come back from this stronger and better than ever.

I prefer my white people shots to come from the Hollywood Reporter.

That's a terrible example. He won a Golden Globe for the Truman Show, got a SAG nom for Man on the Moon, and his most critically well-received film is Eternal Sunshine. Try again.

Ryan Adams gets so much faint praise because he makes everything he produces seem effortless, which is reinforced by the rate in which he churns out new tunes. Another singer-songwriter puts out this record and it would be getting raves everywhere, but Adams does it and it's like, "Oh look, Ryan Adams just tossed off

I love Bruce Springsteen, he's a national treasure, he's seriously a living legend and I think he might actually be a wizard….but this is not very good :/

Kyrie Irving <3

Judging something by the title without seeing it is inherently stupid.

I loved his first two records but everything I've heard from Pure Comedy seems way too self-indulgent and up its own ass. Maybe that's the point. The new stuff sounds more like rants than songs.

I strongly disagree with this review. I thought the record was great. Definitely hit the same spot as the new Japandroids for me.

I assume this will also gloss over Lennon's "Lost Weekend" years, where he partied in California with Harry Nielsen and the Hollywood Vampires with his new squeeze May Pang.

I need an alarm to wake up because I'm a mess in the morning, but I'm almost always singing "I'm Only Sleeping" or "I'm So Tired" by The Beatles in the shower.

So proud of these Cleveland boys' continued success!

Is it far to say that Season 4 is a very interesting experiment but just not great TV?
