She literally wrote up a well-researched post pointing out all of the many ways cars/trucks are a scourge in dense city centers and you immediately resorted to an anecdotal suburban diatribe about your personal fee-fees that has nothing to do with what she’s talking about and in at least one case argues against a thing

Right, the “First Edition” will be the one that comes out in 2024(5,6?) and will cost twice as much. The $29k one will magically never materialize.

Yeah, the reservation is always a scam that allows them to invest your money for their profit. Kickstarter for cars.

Well yeah, because the BLM (Antifa doesn’t exist despite Fox telling you it’s the bogeyman in your closet) protests were a just cause. Wanting to be a selfish dipshit isn’t even in the same stratosphere.

You’re missing the “large” part.

My mom’s on Medicare. Seems to work pretty well.

At the expense of their low-paid staff from whom they regularly steal wages.

I want a large vehicle with good gas mileage that’s reliable and $25k or less.”

So that I don’t have to own an insurance company.

But I want the government involved.

I think there’s something even worse starting to happen.

Once again begging the question: why is a product I am required to purchase not provided by a public utility instead of a profit-making enterprise?

Lots of companies trying to distance themselves because the driver is an owner/operator. Freelancer mentality biting them in the ass. Maybe you should hire people and pay them a reasonable wage and then you wouldn’t be getting deeply negative publicity right now?

Imagine how bummed you’d be if you had to cancel your dad over this...

That outrage was performative, as any outrage here would be. You don’t make decisions based on how a politically motivated group are going to react because that’s capitulation which is even worse.

1. Yes, I want a StepWGN review. I want to be sad.

What’s the town? As they say, when deciding whether to build a bridge they don’t base it on how many people have been counted swimming across the river.

A very real possibility is that the virus mutates into something that kills more slowly. The rule for successful viruses is not “don’t burn your bridges” i.e. kill the host, it’s “don’t burn your bridges before you’ve crossed them”.

Equating nazis with BLM protestors. We got a genius here folks!

A politician is saying it, but so are traffic engineers. I don’t generally care what politicians say. You’re being ridiculously over-dramatic in your examples. Pete isn’t going to change the speed limit in buttfuck nowhere to 25.
