I’d argue all weapons are defensive. Until they aren’t.
A. You’ve carefully zoomed in to avoid including all of the lots surrounding the area.
What about the environmental costs?
This is a form of climate denialism if you have a viable alternative.

I’m not a car hater, I’m a stupidity hater. If you can’t relate to hating stupidity, I can’t help you.
Driving to the airport is incredibly stupid. I mean, you pretty much have to in this country, but just think about how dumb those thousands of cars sitting on acre upon acre of parking decks and surface lots are. The amount of land area we dedicate to the movement and storage of cars is mind-boggling.
Well, they should care because it’s poisoning them! And again, roads don’t cause traffic. Cars do. If you don’t want to be caught in traffic, don’t drive.
The issue isn’t whether a union is a corporation or not, it’s whether the rank and file should be smeared for the sins of their boss. Not complicated.
But the asshole CEO is not the responsibility of the guy on the assembly line. Get it now?
Yeah the guy on the assembly line at Nissan is a real asshole because Ghosn was a corrupt moron. Makes sense.
Because rebuilding it is enormously expensive and people don’t really like highways cutting straight through their neighborhoods anymore. What with all the air and noise pollution and increased asthma as a result.
This isn’t the action of a union. This is the action of a corrupt union boss.
Cars cause traffic, not highways. Induced demand proves you can’t build your way out of traffic. Only offering alternatives will solve the problem.
In thinking about this for my own city, I’ve come to many of the same conclusions. One of the ideas I had was that when parking on the outskirts of town, you are given a standard parking receipt, but that receipt is also scannable on rapid and frequent buses that travel from the parking lots into the center of town.…
Somebody should give one of these spy photographers a video camera sometime.
Just get two.
That’s great and all, but what are the emissions like? I’m glad folks are going to save money on gas by pumping even more particulate emissions into our collective air.
