Golf TDi or Jetta TDi would be my top two picks. Also, maybe try scouting around for a B7 chassis Audi A4. They get good mileage and there are a few in manual laying around still that are in decent shape. Even better if it's an avant.

Yeah they're rare for sure. They imported closer to 2K but not with a manual. Manual avants are super rare.

Ah I see. Yeah the WRX is probably better performance wise, but not comfort wise that's for sure. Still, I would probably take a WRX, namely an STI over this any day.
