With this, it sounds like an all around better experience than Virgin Galactic (and substantially less expensive).

This comment is so 8 years ago. Get over it. The ship has sailed.
I think he’d make an excellent Old Ken.
Ending this series with nothing resolved seems right up the show’s alley.
I read somewhere that they’ve got a 7 season plan (plan might be strong, but a 7 season adjustable outline for what they want to do), with each season set in another decade, with the final season being contemporary and the final season being in the near future (obviously alternative).
In fairness, TWD had split each season into to parts, the first in the fall (beginning in Oct.) and the second late winter (beginning in Feb.) since the 2nd season (7 in the fall, 6 in the late winter) and switched to an even 8 & 8 split in season 3. The only deviations were induced by COVID in the last two seasons…
io9 has also confirmed that if watched with a Disney+ account with none of the content filters applied, both scenes remain as they were when Falcon and the Winter Soldier first premiered on the streamer last year.
S&L will be going to HBO Max either for a spell during a mid-season hiatus (like last year) or, if not, after the entire season’s aired on the CW. HBO Max co-produces the show (which is why it’s production values are a lot better than other Arrowverse shows) so they have the streaming rights (just like Stargirl).
Except they were more than just isolationist because the Burn made warp travel was difficult/rare. They wouldn’t even help Titan, which is a former Earth colony on Saturn’s moon Titan. So, they were isolationist against even another government in the Sol system, which didn’t require warp travel.
You’re right, its never been established whether the Enterprise was his first command, though it’s been hinted that it wasn’t.
Yes, I know I thought about this too much.
So, Pike became captain of the Enterprise in 2250 and Kirk around 2265 (Pike’s injury didn’t happen until 2266, a year after Kirk took command). Season 2 of Discovery takes place in 2257-58. As of 2257, Kirk was still a Lieutenant (perhaps a Lt. Commander?) on the Farragut. While it’s been implied Kirk had a command…
Yes. It would be better if HBO Max/Discovery+ went the Hulu/Disney+/ESPN+ route and kept them separate that you can subscribe to ala cart, but also offered a bundle discount option if you want both. While Hulu ($7 or $13 ad free), Disney+ ($8) and ESPN+ ($7) total $22 (or $28 with ad free Hulu), the Bundle is only $14…
I suspect they’ll be in the show, particularly early in the show when she’s less involved in the fantastical aspects of the MCU...with the bubbles illustrating her daydreaming about that superhero-life.
In the trailer, it looks like her power set still includes being stretchy, but rather than simply being stretchy, its a sort of “cosmic” stretchy with her “cosmic arm” stretching out rather than her actual arm.
That argument requires a pretty big leap given that AT&T was aware of OAN’s politics before signing the contract.
This.
You’re right, but I wasn’t disputing that the pipeline was to transport oil meant for export.
That’s not what the pipeline ***was actually planed to do***...
No, he wouldn’t be required to do a deposition or testify at trial. But given the type of allegations (that she defamed him when talking about him abusing her), per which he will need to show that she was lying about him abusing her, and that such “domestic abuse” allegations often turn into “he said, she said”, its…
