Yeah, he was really creepy with that in season one.
Yeah, he was really creepy with that in season one.
After episode 3 of this season of Arrow, I trust Speed Weed.
On Earth 2, Journeyman, Terriers, The Unusuals, and Traveler never got canceled. On the downside, that came at the expense of not having Lost.
I really wanted Jay in that last scene, solely for a reaction to King Shark. "Yeah, uh, long story…."
The only reason I'm okay with how quickly they're setting up Patty and Barry is because I still think Patty's an Earth 2 Agent of Zoom. She's the "Plan B" for Zoom, an infiltrator to take the slow route if Zoom's Metas of the Week don't get the job done. She immediately rushes to join the metahuman taskforce, she…
Or Earth 2 it seems.
Like, only two important things happened between seasons 2 and 4: Thea became a badass and Laurel suited up.
That and the studio cutting out apparently a third of the film that would have dived into characterization, motivation, and plot.
Yeah, it wasn't until I was halfway through the episode that I recognized the actor. I've seen maybe four episodes of Hannibal, but I saw the Tobias-Hannibal fight. And that was awesome.
King Shark was why Jay needed to be in this episode. Just to pop and say something like "Oh yeah, King Shark. This is a long, really messed up story…"
…huh? I like JLM a lot and I feel like I should get this reference but…I've got nothing.
Not sci-fi, but now I'm thinking of Harold Perrinau's paranoid character from the canceled-too-soon show The Unusuals. He was a cop and his father, uncles, and grandfather all died at the age of 42. He just turned 42. So he's baby-proofed his apartment, is afraid of everything, and wears a bulletproof vest. All of the…
Yeah, Jefferson is a weird composite of comics!Ronnie and comics!Jason Rusch. In the show, we saw Jason as one of Stein's students who was there for one episode. In the comics he was an average if smart college student (great character too, the Firestorm book he was in was great). In the comics, Ronnie was a college…
That Tinder bit was brilliant. And the line about finding Hewitt's police record.
Cisco would probably say something along the lines of "I've waited my whole life for this. Okay now I'm a little afraid."
Well played.
King Shark. Holy mother of Grodd and all her wacky nephews. They did that. King Shark was on live action TV, talking and being threatening. I'm babbling because I'm trying to think of something coherent to say and I uh…yeah.
Oh. Ohhhhhh. Holy ****. I need this. You need this. We all need this.
I liked Willa Holland playing off of John Barrowman. Then again, this was a great episode and John Barrowman's triumphant return was a big part of that.
But….I don't want to hear that song ever again.
