I can't believe that Ronnie's dead, only because it would go against the established rule that Stein and Ronnie's lives are linked; if one gets hurt, so does the other. If one dies, so does the other. I think Ronnie's alive and on Earth 2.

The best bit about Miller is that the camp is intentional. When Snart's sitting around planning, he isn't as campy. When he's got the parka on and is in full supervillain persona, he amps it up. It's intentional in-universe.
I really hope Wally shows up as a college student back in town who has a thing for older women. 1) I'd relate, that was me in a college and 2) it would be amusing.
My theory: Something happened to Ronnie, who is still alive and on Earth 2. Perhaps Ronnie's being experimented on, and it activated the Firestorm matrix, which caused Stein to flare up in this episode. We know blue seems to be Earth 2 energy (as Zoom showed), so clearly the firestorm matrix (or at least half of it)…
*The music gets louder as he takes a sip…then stops because he needs to add more sugar*
Lying liar who lies? Are you quoting Elementary?
I honestly predicted Ronnie to come through the portal at the end. He's still linked to Stein; Stein's not dead, so Ronnie must be alive on Earth 2.
I kind of preferred the comics version of Daddy Snart's death. From Rogue's Revenge. Cold finally gets a chance to kill his dad for all of the abuse and misery, and he just can't. He wants to, but can't pull the trigger. So he has Heat Wave do it. Cue barbecued Daddy Snart.
I believe you're correct. Doesn't explain everything, but a nice touch.
In fairness, the Lances and Queens set a really low bar.
"I wonder if the other is as agile…"
That opening with Iris was better than any scene she's had yet. They really should have just had her be a reporter from the start of the show.
How Martin and Cavanagh were ignored at the awards baffles me. Then again, the Emmys ignored Eva Green and Timothy Dalton for Penny Dreadful, and still won't recognize Jonny Lee Miller for Elementary. Ugh.
I love him, Ramsey, and Martin on the CW, but I really, really, really want those three to get some HBO high-quality drama where they can act the hell out of awesome scripts.
Yes please. I am moderately annoyed that Barry and co. keep calling Eobard Wells. They know he's not the real Wells. If an alternate earth Wells showed up and they think it's Eobard I'm going to roll my eyes in exasperation because that would just be bad story logic.
The Bowling Alley Scientist is back again, tell a friend.
They're making him ominous as a red herring. I highly suspect Earth 2 Wells is Wells, not Eobard. Is he going to be a White Knight? No. Cavanagh said he wasn't going to join the show if he was just the mentor, the evil Eobard twist is what got him on board. I suspect Earth 2 Wells is morally gray. Just not Eobard, and…
Yeah, but lying to Iris again brought out some great Jesse Martin scenes. I love Grant Gustin as Barry, I like the superheroics, I like the ensemble, but Martin's one of the main reasons this show is so good.
I still think she's evil. A Plan B for Zoom, an infiltrator in case his weekly metahuman direct approach fails.
I actually thought "Good for Cisco. Way to go, dude" at the end. Guy went from a really bad creepy geek in the first half of season one to a great science detective in the backhalf and stays awesome.
