I think you might have been a wee bit harsh here Todd - DV ain't perfect, but there was a lot of fun I thought. I certainly enjoyed both the episodes I saw more than I expected to!

I'm still enjoying Burn Notice, but my enjoyment is going from "holy shit! New Burn Notice!" to "cool, Burn Notice - I can have that on in the background while I'm working". And that's disappointing.

I'm with +Ajax on this - not the best episode, but a long way from a bad one, and the fact that Jonas truly seemed to believe he was helping was a nice touch. And much as I would have liked more Gary, I'm impressed that the show doesn't just foist "wacky antics" on us every episode. Honestly, I hope that Tim Kring is

This episode didn't super excite me as a standalone, but I thought it did a subtle job of slowly fleshing out the mythology, as well as reminding us that this is an established team who've been working together for a while. And as other people have noted, I really like the ongoing Gary and Bill interactions - they're

I thought…
… this was a very important episode because we've only seen the Alpha-team v Other Alphas before. This pitted them against normal chaps and chapettes and showed them to be very much in the unfair advantage camp. I get the feeling that this episode will actually fold back into the greater cosmology of the

Excellent recap
Of a show that's become a great deal of fun and actually stepped up the drama and tension more than I ever would have expected from something I regarded as a Burn Notice-lite when it started. I agree with the chaps who've been complimenting your work here Mr Herzog - it is pleasantly infectious in it's

Well…
… this is the episode that sold me. I think it's a superbly ambiguous show, with a nice cosmology, none of the bullshit that killed Heroes and it's subtly going against trope. I'm in for the long haul on this.

Really? There's a dude that gets sweaty and that makes him strong, but the Nokia thing was the killer for you? Fair enough I guess.
Anyway, I liked it - pleasingly lo-fi powers, accessible characters. Hell - it'll slot right in with Eureka and W13. Might as well be part of the same Universe even. Claudia and Fargo can

Could not agree more
Enjoyed this episode a lot, but felt very much like I was being deliberately manipulated emotionally. It just didn't need to be a Doctor Who episode to work.

Boyd conversion
I really don't see it as false. I think they're playing it as genuine and I fucking love that idea!
PS: Why did it take me two weeks to recognise Winona's hubby as Herman from Herman's head? Seriously…

Curious… that's certainly a possible explanation. It was just something that stuck out to me.

Bell's ID Card
So, if William Bell is unheard of in Earth 2, what was so amazing about his "show-me" that the nurse stopped talking about bees the size of grapefruit to deal with it. (Not the bees!)

New season
I really liked the last season of this and I feel seriously quite angry that the final episode is being all but ignored. I thought I'd actually missed an episode while watching this one… And the second one didn't make me any happier. This may fall off my watching radar.

Supernatural
Continues to impress me a lot - four very solid seasons and now what I hope will be an equally excellent fifth. But riddle me this - should this end it. Should they, Wire-like, go out without having fracked it up?

Add it to the schedule?
I'd like to see this covered regularly - it's a fun show that has a lot going on. Plus it had an awesome reference to Middleman (the chap working on a Gut Wrencher arcade game back in episode 20) and that equals two big thumbs up from me!

I'm conflicted
I wanted to like this show a lot more than I did. Story wise I really dug it, but the goddamn dialogue made me cringe sometimes. Keep the story editors and slap the dialogue editor with a dictionary and this might go somewhere. Anyway, it's got two more episodes to grab me or its off the watch list.

This show
Is rapidly becoming one of the highlights of the week. Of course, I only just discovered Saving Grace (stupid Aussie TV channels never telling me anything!) so that could change!

Lovin' it.
I am genuinely loving this show at the moment. And yes - Zoe is the bee's knees. Bless her little cotton socks and perfect skin.

Maybe…
… if this was Kyle not Hal, I could see Reynolds, bit this? Not really.

Did I miss something?
Did this only just get released in the US? I read this a year ago…
