I think the female thing was in reference to comic book movies, not just action movies in general.

And everything concerning the femThor in that book is fucking terrible. It's amazing how poorly Aaron has botched this in the name of bizarre feminist pandering.

Let's just ignore the fact entirely that the Thor movies are basically made for female audiences and both have made fair bank.

Whenever I see him in anything I just go "Holy shit it's Tavon!"

This season has strangled any life this show has left. I mean Season 3 was stupid, but it had the good grace to be fairly fast-paced about its stupidity, and it had some decent character moments among the soap. As god-awful as the B613 plot got, it generated some sight moments that worked as basically a cheap cough

I have them as ebooks but never got around to reading them. I really should carve out some time for those, I've heard nothing but good things.

I love the Gorky Park movie.

He's a 90's villain, so by Radical Law he has to be a hammy, screaming, winking lunatic quip-master.

It's funny you think that anyone could possibly give a shit about Paul.

You can tell this is a Serious Movie because Jonah Hill borrowed his grandmother's glasses for the film production.

I've been re-watching S3 and it's honestly damn good. Once you've divorced yourself from "It's not Season 2" mentality then on its own merits it's still really fucking great. The thing is you can really tell there were dropped and unfinished plotlines in it, in a way that hurts the overall narrative.

I fully admit to having a disgusting fanboy moment when Quarles and Limehouse shared the screen together. THE BOYS WERE BACK.

I still remember my reaction to the "twist" of the second episode and how perfect the story structure worked for it.

My favorite will always be Nikita, where they put poor Maggie Q in a horrible wig and big white baby Jax Teller sneakers in the flashbacks of her as a "troubled teen."

He's the worst part of it.

My Neal McDounagh fanboyism came from his role on Boomtown.

They got good in the last third of the season, but for a majority they were pretty damn boring.

S5 bounces back to classic Justified when THAT THING WITH ART THAT IS SPOILERS happens. At that point Daryl Crowe goes from a boring generic hillbilly to just a slimy piece of human garbage, even by comparison to the other Justified villains. You really get a sense of just how big a piece of shit he is and how much

I actually like Butler for the most part, but he's a fucking terrible choice. Butler is beastly animal rage, Snake as a character is quiet intensity, a coiled spring who radiates cool indifference.

No, this was a rumor right after the Gerard Butler remake collapsed under the weight of Gerard Butler being the worst choice in human history.
