Just coming here to say that. I think EVERYBODY tells you breastfeeding burns calories, not nobody, and what they don't tell you is that some nursing bodies hold onto extra weight for all it's worth and weight loss is not happening until you wean. This is the experience I don't think we hear about often enough.
