First, that number isn’t accurate and the accurate number is small enough that it can be chocked up to statistically anomaly. If you disagree on that and can prove it out, I will fight with you to gain equality on the few percentage points. I just don’t appreciate the use of misleading stats to try and pretend there…

Women’s earnings are not 30% lower than a man’s when accounting for positions, roles, yada yada. For example, women are often the project maangers in tech, not the actual engineers. So yes they make less. A female engineer does not make 30% less than a male engineer.
