Riot is usually really active on reddit and on their forums, they reply to alot of people on daily basis and engage in community discussions. This results sometimes in Rioters starting up controversies, since some of their comments haven’t been filters by the company’s PR machine.

It would surprise me because it doesn’t sound reasonable and could lead to legal issues.

If I had to guess, I would say that they want to link the new tracking system with the ‘’moving grass’ that we used to have, to indicate that a pokemon is nearby hiding I guess or something.

Because there is a chance Niantic will demand PokeVision to be taken down since it uses the game’s API and I am pretty sure it is not allowed. PokeRadar on the other hand is just an app where people give tips to eachother about where pokemon spawns.

There is still a lot of players. Apparently not as much as the launch as the game was super ‘’over-hyped’’ however the game’s population should still be quite big.

At least it doesn’t get delayed from 2006 to 2011 (last GoT book wink wink). God help those who are waiting for Martin to finish the series.
