I mean, it could be announced on the Xbox/PC in the coming hours.

I mean, a release on xbox/PC could get announced by Activision in the coming hours.
They did the same thing with the Division (granted Ubisoft is just the publisher here). The Division is getting a lot of praise now and a big number of returning players after all the improvements.
Maybe if people understood what they talked about, they would know that pirating games doesn’t get you around any performance issues as cracked games still have the DRM running in the background.
Curious that a lot of people are complaining about this. If anything, this seems pretty positive to me. Ubisoft is being very transparent about post-launch support: this is what you are going to get for money, this is what you are going to get for free. If you are interested then buy, if not, then don’t.
There is no mini-map and you do’t have an option to bring it up (as far as I know at least). Instead you have a simply Skyrim-like navigation bar to find points of interst. The idea is to make you focus more on exploration and enjoy the beauty of Ancient Egypt.
Regardless of how the different the game is, I think the E3 presentation of the game was poor. The 30 mins demo was played by an unskilled player who kept running randomly and killing animals for no reason.
Riot should start preparing the 5 new SKT-skins.
There is no way the console will cost 400-500. 600-700 sounds much more realistic.
Considering the fact that his yearly salary is rumored to be around 2.5 million dollars, I think he is more than happy to play.
What do you consider ‘’yelling’’?. There is a lot of yelling in sport commentary too, it is important to hype up the audience.
Riot said that the game will still be streamed for free on Twitch and Youtube and the quality of the stream (HD) won’t be compromised in favor of subscriptions. So this isn’t a normal ‘’give them exclusive rights and they will be the only ones to stream the content’’, Riot isn’t willing to take League off Twitch.
No. A rioter said on reddit that League is going to be broadcasted like normal on Twitch and HD streams will be available for free like they have always been, they won’t force the viewers to pay for higher quality videos.
You have to be extremely ignorant of how YouTube works if you don’t think he will take a financial hit from deleting his channel. It doesn’t matter how many move to his new channel, it will take long time to get his old income back and in fact he may never do so.
I just want to add that reaching 1 million dollars as a top player is possible without prize-pool money. Just from wage from your team, sponsorship deals and streaming. This is also why many players have come out and said that practicing to win tournaments isn’t worth it. You usually need to practice an insane amount…
Riot is giving the money to the organastions, not the players. The org’s have the right to do whatever they want with the money, however, they need to pay the players fairly or Riot can ban the team/owner from their professional scene.
Riot is extremly smart at promoting their game. They are literally operating the League of Legends esports scene on a loss because for them it is a promotional tool. The last skin (1 cosmetic item) that celebrated 2016 world championship, generated almost 12 million dollars in a spam of a month. That is a single skin…
The post is misleading, that’s what Riot pays however the vast majority of pro players get paid more from their teams. What Riot pays is supposed to be ‘’extra help’’ to the team so that they can pay their players fairly, it isn’t supposed to be the entire wage.
According to current available numbers, the average viewership of the League of Legends world championship was 4 million concurrent viewers worldwide at all times.
