Coming up next on “Toying with White Balance”

Cracked dash on a 944 is because it was left in the sun. Ask me how I know. The claim that this was ‘always garaged’ is absolutely horseshit. This guy also claiming the ignition issue ‘just happened’ also seems dubious. I think you violated the first cardinal rule of used car buying which is ‘buy the owner, not the

Yes, call up your local race shop (prefereably one that specifies in your make i.e. BMW, Porsche, Chevy, etc), tell them the series you are racing in and see if they or any other shops in the area can offer tech pre-inspection for that series. I’ve done this.

haha. Just picturing what you are saying... YES you still need to be discrete about it. Pulling the pin in broad daylight on an open freeway might not be a good idea. But at night in the city on a left turn. They may see it they may not. The point is it’s probably the most discrete way I can think of. It’s the best

I’m not sure what your point is... that he was caught even though he threw it away from the car? He was charged because the officer SAW him throw the joint. There’s nothing to see if using my method.

The gen 3 Integra GSR was my obtainable dream car in high school. The b18c engine, VTEC at 8500 RPM cut off. They really were little rockets back then.

911 owner here. All the cayman and boxster guys I know and have met are stand up men and women. And having seen your posts around here for the past few years I’m guessing you were just looking to rile up the mob.

Containment even at that distance from the COG would not do anything to prevent your brain from moving in your skull. The only way to prevent this is to move the driver’s head closer to the fulcrum and COG (i.e. seat them lower in the vehicle).

ALL of Ferrari’s flagship supercars since the 60s have a now black “thigh line” (my term. not sure what it’s called) that runs the length of the car. It was barely there in the Enzo but the La Ferrari brought it back in a way.
