Looks like there's HOV stickers on the bumper, so this car has been on the road for a while. Probably just using the Supercharger.

It's crazy to see how things have changed on 880 through Fremont in the last half-decade... The cover photo shows then, and street view shows now. The sign in the middle of the freeway hasn't changed.
