My very conservative parents said they'll vote for him if he's the republican candidate, but that if he wins, they'll feel deep shame for our country. Conservatives confuse me.

I got no sympathy for the last story. It’s not even WTF worthy. Walk your lazy ass to the restaurant, three blocks is not a fucking Arctic expedition.

There is a special place in hell for people who order delivery during snowstorms. And in that hell, crab rangoon will always be Three. Blocks. Away.

I’ve nervously but successfully done it a the Cosmopolitan and Bellagio in Vegas. Worked both times without a hitch, probably because the sheer volume of rooms available in that city. I wouldn’t try to anywhere else.

I think a LOT of bears are going to have a good time this weekend.

Not that I’m calling the long lost family members bigoted but I find people who mention the color purple (heh) in discussions about race are almost always the type of racist who keeps their bigotry under wraps.

what a bunch of babies

Who are these women who side with men on every.single.damn.thing? Who are these women who refuse to believe that gender wage gap is real? Who are these women that think they “don’t need feminism” because women in other countries have it worse (so we should just stop trying, I guess)? I simply don’t understand this

I love it when a group’s reaction to a point you made serves to further prove your point.

Amazing. I am so jealous. My husband walked in one my with my vibrator once and he asked SO casually what I was thinking about that I just said, without much ado “oh, Jon Snow”. And then he said “oh, ok” and walked out. Like he had just asked me if the weather man said it was going to rain.

I am 5’5.5. Kit’s eyes are flush with mine although he is leaning slightly. I’d say 5’6 and not a half-inch taller. (P.S. He is a genuine and lovely fellow. Also, he smells really good.)

Has anyone out there just refused to go to restaurants with someone? Like sat them down and said something along the lines of, “When we go to restaurants I feel very uncomfortable. I think we have different ideas about tipping and how to treat waitstaff and these ideas are things that I do not feel comfortable

Ask any server who works Sunday afternoons. It’s the same crowd, most likely.

The “I’m actually a really good customer” comeback makes my blood boil. a) You aren't; you're being a jackass and b) anyone who legitimately has any of the good qualities doesn't go around broadcasting them. Ugh!

My god, can you imagine what those crowds must have been like when they were out to dinner after the movie?

Passion of the Christ, which we can all agree was basically a torture snuff film, brought the craziest people out of the woodwork. According to a friend who worked at the local theater at the time, more than half the staff just straight up quit over the abuse they got from people so ignorant and belligerent. This

I call ahead to the restaurant and tell them she’s had a stroke which has changed her personality

Because they think the bad women caused the nice shooters to shoot them.

How much do you want to bet that that guy went to the beach every day just hoping for that exact situation? Patrolling the beach, scanning the water, chugging bottled water, saying to himsef “This will be the day..I can FEEL it...”

Wow. I wonder if he hung out at the beach waiting for people to get jellyfished :(
