Reminds me a lot of the Hennessey Venom...same idea...Elise + Big Motor. Also, curious why he installed the tranny upside down, when I think you should be able to open up the case and flip the diff around so the ring gear is on the other side (for a mid engine vs rear engine). This is a common change for a lot of kit

You were there for 10 weeks and didn’t know about it? What did you do in your off time for 10 weeks because there’s nothing else to do in Midland, except for maybe the Museum of Petroleum, drinking beer, and watching high school football.

Flex w/ the 3.5l Ecoboost Motor. Fast & Weird

Done that drive several times...took about 22 hours with only stops for naps. Too bad you’re not going through Midland, you can stop by the Jim Hall’s / Chaparral Cars museum and the CAF while you’re there.

SEP-IRA is the way to go. The money you put into it is pre-tax and it doesn’t figure into your annual income so you get to keep more of it. Also, it forces you to lock it in until retirement so you’re less inclined to want to tap into it as opposed to a savings account.

Mine has 4screws and I can take the whole light housing off. Then I can properly sand and polish the whole headlight with a small orbital polisher. Much better option than risk hitting the bodywork and burning through the paint (and through the tape). Also makes it easier to get into the corners of the headlight.

Hold the light housing w/ the left hand while wet sanding and polishing with the right hand. Yes using tape is easier but so is doing doing a half-assed job.

Why not just remove the whole headlight and restore it on a bench instead of trying to mask off the bodywork?

Actually, you can keep the apple store ID separate from the iCloud ID. This is what happened with my setup but it was by accident. My apple store ID was created back from the Ipod days and is tied to my personal email account. Several years later, when I bought my first iPhone, I was required to create an icloud id to

I’m sure if William Ford gave Trump a call, he could borrow a C5 from the air force, right after he paid Cohen $10M in consulting fees

Looks like an updated Corbin Sparrow or whatever its latest name is.

A black grill isn’t going to camouflage that eyeball any better than the black / chrome grill. Jeep / Dodge do the same thing and its horrible too. Did they not think we would notice it?

Have you ever sat inside a 360 and tried to adjust the radio volume only to have the crappy plastic buttons stick to your fingers? Seriously, who spec’ed out the interior plastic for this car? And its not just the radio, its ALL the interior plastic degrades and becomes sticky to the touch in anything but above the

Elon robbing the cradle....isn’t he like late 40's and Grimes is like 30 at best?

Engine definitely looks Ford-ish, especially the front timing cover from this angle. Could be a modified Coyote but the 5.4 displacement leads to me to believe its the older Modular V8 engine similar to what Koenigsegg based his engine off. Do you have any pics of the engine from head on?

Oh and did they get rid of the torque dip in the powerband?

Do they make a TS version of the Toyota 86 or is it a Subaru only option?

But what about the CAFE numbers? Don’t they need all these small cars to raise their corporate fuel economy average up. Its going to be hard to to hit it with an all SUV line up or are trucks exempt from this average?

It works because rich people don’t keep the car for that long. Usually they’ll trade it in on something equal or more expensive in a 2~3 years time, and at that point the car is worth more than the loan balance, so mentally they think they are on the upside upon trade in. They’re just paying to rent the car.
