I think they put the CIWS back on it but its on the rear, overlooking the helipad. Doesn’t help if you have a missile coming from the front. Do they think they can shoot it down with the 5 incher?

Now playing

Lexus and Toyota had problems with the power steering system where it would shake violently if you jabbed the steering wheel when parked. It’s the weirdest thing. Like some very bad PID control. See the attached vid.

Looks like a bad photoshop at the back. Like they just took a pic of the crew cab F-150 and turned the bed into the rear area. The bottom of the glass probably lines up with the top of the existing bed in the photoshop.

Ironic that currently there are several LMP cars that use a flywheel for storing energy yet they had to keep an American brand down back in the day.

If you stalled a vehicle with Stop-Start that did not have Stall Recovery (like the one mentioned in the last section), you’d have to put the car in neutral, then depress the clutch, then the engine would fire, and then you could go back into gear and be on your merry way.

Is this a track only car or is it a street legal car with a valid VIN, emissions equipment, lights, etc that has all these extras added?

Who says you can’t package a V8 in the space of a V6. You can as long as its something that you want to do from the get-go. Glickenhaus was able to do it with his SCG003..using a Honda TT V6 (from the LMP program) for the N24 race but offering the roadgoing version with a V12. Plus the aero on the GT is different from

If you bothered to read my comment it was about offering the V6 on the production car that is being sold. They can keep the V6 in the race car, its a proven powerplant that has been racing for a while. I owuld do the same. But if I was going to drop $400k on a car, I don’t want a V6 that started life in a Taurus.

Depends on the rule book but if they wanted to, they could offer the race car with the V6 (because its already proven in the DP cars they’ve run it in) but sell the production one with something IMO better. I thought this car was going to go for $250k, but for $400k putting a V6 in is a joke. If I had $400k, I’d be

Big mistake in not putting a V8 in it. Who wants to buy a quarter million dollar car with a V6???!!! They can still race it with the Ecoboost V6, but the production car shoulda had a V8. Big mistake, huge!

Mooresville, North Carolina. Damn straight. You say?

Who scheduled the Jalopnik Film Fest the same weekend as this? Ultimate Fail!!

When ESPN asked if Verstappen’s famous father Jos had agreed with him in refusing to back off for Sainz to pass, Sainz replied, “Yep, he told me if I had let him past he would have kicked me in the nuts!”

Don’t think you’ll ever see a jet version since the jet blast would be too hot for most commercial landing sites. See the problems that the F35-B is currently experiencing and the V-22 for that matter.

ATT still offers subsidized phones but you need to go buy it through ATT over the phone. The ATT stores and Apple stores do not offer this. I was told this by the ATT wireless employee when I was prepping for getting the 6s. I was also on a grandfathered in unlimited plan but I switched to a 15gb plan for less money

If its NOx, its most likely EGR they were playing with. The calibration to pass emissions had high EGR (low NOx) while the cheater version had low EGR (high NOx). Downside of high EGR is less power due to recirculated exhaust gas displacing the air (and oxygen) that would normally be injested. Because less oxygen is

I can’t speak for the current models but I had a F4-1000 (2005) and it was the best bike I’ve ever ridden. Throttle and power delivery were smooth and progressive. Grip and handling were also top notch. The only downside were the brakes. My year had the Nissin 6 piston calipers that had horrible feel to them. That was

Hyperloop?

Are the cars still here (in CA, US, etc) even though the renters bugged out? Or did these rich Qatari’s transport their cars in their personal 747 back to Qatar? Wouldn’t be too hard to spot a yellow LaFerrari. Just get the Jalop army to find it, tail them and record the driver when he inevitably does something

Sorry, but for all the flat-plane goodness, I think the GT350 has a horrible engine sound. Its a case of what could have been. It could have been awesome but they had to make it sound good enough for Joe-Bob. It sounds like the love child of a 458 Italia and a Nascar Sprint Cup Car.
