I'm not Honda fanboy. But I think people buy Acuras because they're dependable, have inoffensive design, and offer tech at a reasonable price point. Most of their sales are for their CUVs. Families like them.
Absolutely true. I think they realize that more than you think they do. It's hard when Honda refused to finance a RWD platform and V8. Acura is trying to fight rivals with one (and a half) hands behind its back.

The car is already sold out in the UK through at least the first year of production. Overall, they have thousands of deposits from buyers around the world. The car will sell just fine. If you don't like it, that's okay. But you don't speak for Honda's historic or new NSX clients.

I take your overall point. I just wanted to point out that though the R8 is being redesigned, it will look mostly the same. If you look at spy shots, it's as evolutionary as any other Audi. I think Acura will be able to keep up with the next R8 from a design standpoint. Likely from a performance standpoint too.

No, it should be less than $68K. That's AMG territory. Of course, with options, this might be able to get up there. But base should be more reasonable.
