@TheCrudMan: Your right about the tape adaptor being cheaper/reliable. The downside of that path though is how bad the tape adaptor sounds. The FM transmitter is only a bit better. So I suppose it's a case of "six of one, a half dozen of the other".

Oh boy, Audiogon! It was a good idea that went kind of , well..."gray". Most of the folks you'll do business with there are just great. There are a few sharks (not quite honest) on Audiogon as well. so be careful. On the whole, it's a fun site.

Mistakes aside, this is the best advertising I've seen since 1997. That year I saw a homeless guy with a sign that read "Why lie, I want the money for booze". The guy who wrote the ink cartridge copy should get a Christmas bonus. I tip my hat to the frustrated ink cartridge writer, "hail to thee, honest man".

"Danger Will Robinson". Um, about the comment regarding "deep bass" from the Beats by Dre (Monster Cable) speaker box. It does not have deep bass, no matter what the advertising claims. You just can not get any box that small to go down very low. In this house we obey the law of physics.
