Lenny's headphones looked to be from the 60s or 70s. The bicycles appeared to be from the 60s. Also, there was still a payphone in the outside world. But the interrogator seemed to have a tablet, so I am confused as to when this is actually supposed to take place.

I may have responded to the wrong comment. I was trying to respond to someone that said they had no interest in reading the book. My response to that was "That's too bad." Sorry for the confusion.

I enjoyed Mack's robot pop culture references. Am I the only one that picked up on the Small Wonder reference?

That's too bad; there's some great comedy in the book. Of course, I do happen to have a warped sense of humor. I read the book after I had seen the movie and loved it even more than the movie (although I do like the movie's ending better).

It doesn't take a military genius to see we'll all be crispy critters after World War 3.
There's nowhere you can run to, nowhere you can hide. When they drop the big one, we all get fried.
(Hey, boys and girls! Sing along, okay?}
Happy birthday!

One of my favorite style parodies by Weird Al is "Good Enough For Now," which parodies old-time country songs. It's right up there with "One More Minute."

I remember walking into a store and seeing Michael Jackson's album "Bad" next to Weird Al's album "Even Worse." That was just perfect.

+ Zac Shipley - You're mostly correct about the lack of cross over between mediums. However, Lady Sif from the Thor movies showed up on an episode of Agents of SHIELD. Also, ***SPOILERS*** the rise of Hydra/fall of SHIELD on the TV show happened exactly when Captain America: Winter Soldier was released theatrically.

When I first read the headline, I thought Interworld was getting adapted into a TV series, but I guess so many versions of the main character would break the limited budget.

Wasn't that the premise of Victor/Victoria?

Oh, right, the one where she ordered the Life Model Decoy.

He was also in a pseudo sci-fi movie called Frequency, which is getting remade into a TV show.

MacGruber!

I'm still convinced that they were just making it all up as they went along; the resolutions didn't match up to the build up. Remember how the smoke monster was a security device (accompanied by the sound of clicking chains and hidden mechanisms)? Nope, the last season revealed that it was a guy with no name who

If that's true, I hope they write a true ending and not leave it on a perpetually unresolved cliffhanger. It's really annoying getting invested in something and

That sounds so much better than what we got this season.

Snart is stll dead (for now). Mick stopped off in 2013 to see his friend one last time and give a spoiler-free goodbye. And yes, the hawk people flew away. (And the ghosts were just a dream as Rip nodded off while flying to the sun, upon which he realized he could just launch it at the sun and time jump away.) Oh,

Yup. My sarcasm filter is not working properly.

That would be a great visual for the comic book fans (myself included), but is probably outside the budget.

The beginning of Season Two of The Flash. Cisco went on a date with her.
