Why should a consumer have to “root” his or her phone to get a proper experience? That's just a ridiculous suggestion. You may have some technical know-how but the VAST majority aren’t gonna bother with it.
Build quality matters. Maybe not to you, but to most people.

A reduction in piracy won’t = an increase in sales. it’ll just result in less games being played by pirates.
I certainly won’t miss them.
I have nothing personal against any person, group or organization in charge of practices that promote or facilitate piracy. It’s not a personal thing, I’m sure they’re stand-up people to put their own time in to give something to somebody else.
That said, I’ve heard all sides of the debate…
