I actually think there's a decent chance she's dead. The whole worrying about the baby thing had become a distraction, and the show doesn't seem to like to keep around stuff like that. And they're not gonna actually show walkers eating a dead baby's body.

I don't get how an episode with something that asinine can still get a B+ here.
