So Bottas shaved 1 second off his time previous time. Probably cost his F1 team about $1M in R&D.

Who’s taking the over on $5,000 to replace?
Ok, the front flip thing at 3:32 is pretty F-ing ridiculous.
That really is sacrilege.
I can’t believe none of Gangs of New York, The Aviator, The Departed, or The Wolf of Wall Street made it to this list.
I now say Nissan as “Niss-an,” rather than “Nee-san.” I am not British. Thanks, Jeremy Clarkson and TopGear.
So Clarkson’s complaint about the Infinity Q30 is that its designed for “Americans who are too interested in food and the baby Jesus to notice they are tarted-up Datsuns,” but then supports that conclusion with a maligning reference to the 2.2L diesel - an engine option that won’t even be available in America (my…
Yeah, my question was poorly worded. I knew that the tank would have to be refilled. Really, I was wondering where you go to by urea (I’m fighting hard not to include a “make it at home” joke).
Maybe a silly question (I don’t know much about diesels), but does a urea exhaust treating system have to be “refilled” occasionally? If it’s adding a liquid to the exhaust to convert the gases, won’t it have some sort of reservoir (like the water injection system in the BMW M4 GTS)? If so, what are the chances that…
This is pretty dangerous to begin with, but I’m sitting here thinking: “holy s*%t, what if someone was changing lanes and hit that thing 50/50?” That’s almost a guaranteed flip.
“[T]he right has been going after the Clintons for more than 25 years and have yet to really prove anything.”
I am 33. Cusp of “Gen Y”. Please don’t lump me in with those hipster, cold-brew drinking, tight jean wearing, don’t know who Prince was outside of a Dave Chappel skit, millennials.
What is this?
There is a reason Willie Nelson and Tom Petty get along so well.
I saw that as well. I don’t know how long those Stadium Truck races are, but I was just hoping it wasn’t a “waste” container. That could have gotten messy real fast.
Du Quois (with French accent): Well, Mr. Rivers, it seems that you have become- How do you say indispensable?
Interestingly, there is a documentary about Tom Petty (“Runnin Down a Dream”) that talks about his early days in Gainesville, FL. Apparently he was almost in Lynyrd Skynyrd; all of those guys played together when they were in middle and high-school, and both got their starts playing at the local strip club when they…
That was my reaction as well. Tom Petty seems to be enjoying it, but Dhani Harrison is obviously LOVING it and appears completely blown away by Prince. Never forget: Rolling Stone ranks Prince as the #33 greatest guitarist of all time (far too low in my opinion). Or as RS put it:
