I think the biker’s at fault for hitting the car, the car’s guilty as hell of driving too fast and continuing to drive after an impact/while carrying somebody on their trunk!

Uhh, the motorcyclist is at fault here. It would be one thing if he was at a closer follow distance, but he’s way way back. Had plenty of time to stop.
