True enough, but if you’ve gotta cut costs so dramatically that quality is going to seriously suffer, you need to also rethink your design and marketing (and pricing) strategy accordingly. I mean you don’t need an MA in merchandising to know that there’s a very limited number of people willing to pay two hundred bucks…

I suspect I may be their intended customer (professional woman, mid-30s, fond enough of simple sweaters to have half The Limited in my wardrobe), and I never shop at J.Crew. It’s not one sweater. It’s that everything in the store seems incredibly overpriced for what it is, and the brand hasn’t done much to highlight…

Yes! I sent this tip. As someone who knows Stacey Newman personally, I can attest that she is one of the most kick-ass women I have ever met. She is always fighting the good fight for women in Missouri, and is someone we can all be proud of. Plus, she’s super nice, smart, and funny.

I think that’s a good idea. Even if you could provide everything for your children, you probably shouldn’t, since working a job is a pretty important skill. You learn how to show up for work on time, how to follow orders from a manager, how not to fuck things up, and how to support yourself.

I am not a wearer of a tinfoil hat but I saw him on TV a couple of times and something seemed very off about him and the way he was talking about the whole situation. So I did actually wonder if he was involved. Maybe I just watch too much Dateline/48 Hours.

That movie was the ultimate feelgood female-rage revenge flick... until Thelma & Louise came along, anyway! Both so great in such different ways.
