I hope the sad man in black won’t visit me for telling my friend where I caught certain pokemons. I guess that’s either the breaking of TOS.

So what if people know which Pokemon will spawn where and for how long. You still have to go there, and catching isn’t 100%.
Well, after the update pokemon don’t seem to show up anywhere. I used pokevision to plan out a route to go out and hunt pokemon. It’s not like pokevision gives you the pokemon. You have to go out and try to catch them like the game is intended but you don’t have to walk around aimlessly and look suspicious. Pardon my…
Pokevision was a god send to people in suburban and rural areas with little pokestops and little interesting pokemon pops. As someone without immediate access to a car, it allowed me to be able to see if the time I had the car would be worth using the gas and going on an adventure or not. It saved time for people who…
The game was clearly never meant to be random or it wouldn’t have been released with its own radar. The fact that they took the easy way out of removing a broken feature over removing it shows they are the wrong company to handle this IP. Of course you won’t miss people. Speaking we shows you and your multiple…
Yes, before I went blind finding the bathroom was just an instant gratification. Now that I am blind, I can experience finding the restroom the right way.
Come out to a rural area where i am. Where you will see many of deer, bobcats, and bears, but no pokemon. You can have your RPGness come true by climbing mountains and swimming rivers, but no pokemon. You and your trek will travel vast miles with ever-changing terrain, but no pokemon. Risk life and limb in search of…
This is unfortunate. Before I discovered Pokévision, I was ready to dump the app because I was never finding the new Pokemon showing up on my nearby list. They could be in the top left corner of the list and still not show up, no matter how much exploring I did.
Being able to catch Pokemon irl was a fun novelty at first that probably re-kindled people’s interest in the game, but once Sun & Moon is finally released I think most people frustrated with Go will probably jump ship and opt for the full game instead.
Same in Japan. I’m not going to one of the major cities just to play this game.
Even in a mid-sized city I seem to get nothing but Pidgeys and Rattatas. With the tracker bugged, it took so long to find any all-too-rare critters that they’d be gone before I could narrow it down. I basically had to drive to ANOTHER city just to walk around and find anything interesting - and how dumb is that for a…
